We can install solid hardwood flooring in your business or residence. Hardwoods can be installed over a clean, dry wood sub floor as wood does absorb moisture.
Engineered Wood Flooring Installation
Engineered wood planks have laminate construction so they’re not affected by as much by changes in humidity. You can put them in any room, but it’s wise to avoid bathrooms and laundry rooms the same as hardwoods if you want them to last a long.Engineered wood flooring comes as both a glue-down, nail-down, and floating floor system featuring planks with snap-together edges.
Laminate Flooring Installation
Laminate floors have come a long way in quality. We can install in any room over a clean, dry subfloor. You can install a floating floor system over existing floors that are flat and in good condition. We do not recommend laminate for bathrooms and laundry rooms.
Vinyl Floor Installation
Vinyl is low maintenance and impervious to moisture damage, making it useful throughout the home. This type of flooring is great even in bathrooms and laundry areas. Damaged vinyl cannot be repaired only replaced. Many old vinyl floors and the adhesives used with them contain asbestos. Because asbestos can be hazardous if it’s disturbed, Client tend to choose the most affordable option, which is to cover the old vinyl floors with 1/4-in. plywood underlayment rather than tear them out completely.
Ceramic Tile
Ceramic tile can go in any room, but is a great option mainly in bathrooms and kitchens. It’s a beautiful, waterproof floor but it’s cold and hard underfoot, so it isn’t the best choice for bedrooms and kids’ playrooms. This flooring is best for bathroom floor and kitchens. It should be installed over a clean, dry subfloor that’s covered with cement-based tile backer board.
